富士变频器FRN15G11S-4CX说明想设定外部端子频率控制,最大频率50HZ,0-10V模拟量显示频率,如何设置?

多步频率运行是变频器的一项重要功能。多步频率运行是指通过一些功能或参数设置,使变频器按照一定的规律自动变速运行,从而实现工业生产过程的自动化。要实现多步频率运行,首先应根据生产机械运行要求画出变频器运行曲线图,然后根据运行曲线图分析、计算应设定的一系列功能参数,最后在相应变频器上对这些功能参数进行设定[1],使其运行满足生产机械的要求。

变频器多步频率运行的实现方法一般有两种,这里以富士FRNG11系列变频器为例,介绍以端子控制实现多速运行的方法。变频的外界输入端子中,通过功能预置,可以将若干个(通常为2~4个)输入端子为多档(3~16档)转速控制端。其转速的切换由外接开关器件的状态组合来实现,转速的档次是按二进制的顺序排列的,故2个输入端可以组合成3或4档(“0”状态不计为3档,“0”状态计入时为4档)转速,3个输入端可以组合成7或8档(“0”状态不计为7档,“0”状态计入时为8档)转速,4个输入端可以组合成15或16档(“0”状态不计为15档,“0”状态计入时为16档)转速[2]。

下面用实例说明变频器多步频率运行的过程。如图1所示,通过设定相应功能和参数实现变频器的多步频率运行。要求按步骤写出应设定的功能和参数及其设定值,并在变频器上验证实现。

1.划分多步频率

如图2所示,共分为5个程序步,即多步频率l~多步频率5。

2.设定每一程序步功能参数

富士FRNG11系列变频器最多可以实现16步频率运行,多步频率1~多步频率16分别由参数C30、C05~C19来设定,“C05多步频率1”到“C19多步频率15”用来设定每个程序步的运行时间、电动机旋转方向以及加、减速时间功能。现选择X1~X7作为外部开关信号的输入端子,其参数设定如表1。

表1中参数的含义:E01~E04,参数设定分别为0,1,2,3,多步频率选择(1~15步)[SS1][SS2][SS3][SS4];E05~E06,参数设定为4,5,加/减速时间选择(3种)[RT1] [RT2],由外部接点输入信号选择E10~E15预设定的加/减速时间,指定2个接点输入端子相应设定其功能数据为4,5,即可由它们的on/off组合选择加/减速时间,由图1计算得到得加/减速时间见表2;E07,参数设定为6,自保持选择[HLD],采用三线制运行,HLD-CM为on时,FWD和REV信号自保持,off时解除自保持,指定一个接点输入端子,设定其功能数据为6,此端子即可用作HLD功能端子,完成上述各步骤给变频器通电,将以上参数确认无误后,当变频器外部接点按控制要求闭合时,变频器即可实现多速运行。

富士变频器PID设置方法如下:1、控制方式,可选端子控制或面板控制。参数F02(0为面板控制,1为端子控制)根据需要设定。2、上限频率,设定为电动机额定频率。参数F15。3、下限频率,普通电机一般设为15或20。变频电机可以设为0。参数F16。4、加减速时间,根据电机功率设定。参数F07和F08。5、PID模式,不知道你需要正动作还是反动作。正动作就是你的反馈值越大,变频输出频率就越大。反之为反动

富士变频器PID设置方法如下:

1、控制方式,可选端子控制或面板控制。参数F02(0为面板控制,1为端子控制)根据需要设定。

2、上限频率,设定为电动机额定频率。参数F15。

3、下限频率,普通电机一般设为15或20。变频电机可以设为0。参数F16。

4、加减速时间,根据电机功率设定。参数F07和F08。

5、PID模式,不知道你需要正动作还是反动作。正动作就是你的反馈值越大,变频输出频率就越大。反之为反动作。一般为反动作。参数F20=1正动作,参数F20=2反动作。

6、反馈信号选择,你端子C1输入,参数F21=3(控制端子C1反动作,20-4mA)

7、目标值(给定值)设定,按F01频率设定1的设定。如F01=0。目标值由键盘面板上下键设定,按照你要求的5MP为例,设定值=最高频率*(设定压力/变送器量程)=50HZ*(5MP/10MP)=25HZ。用键盘面板上下键设定频率为25HZ即可。

8、调试。运行变频器,观察实际值和设定值的偏差,调节参数C32(模拟输入偏置)。观察PID运行状况调节,调节H22,H23,H24(P、I、D无经验最好微调或不调)。

以上是各种调速方法接线和实现方法,下面我们大致说明各种方法的设置:

1、本机调速

本机调速可通过键盘数字和本机电位器实现,键盘数字就修改P00.10的参数进行,需要将频率指令选择为0(键盘数字设定),本机电位器是模拟量调速的方法,旋转键盘上的模拟电位器设定,需要将频率指令选择为1(模拟量AI1)。

2、多段速调速

这个是最简单的频率设定方法属于有级调速,根据工作需要设定好频率值,将多功能端子S设置为相应的频率即可,我们只需要通过接通端子完成,比如设置S3是30Hz,S4是35Hz,S5是40Hz,S3端子通则变频器以30Hz频率运行,S5端子通则以40Hz运行。

3、模拟量控制

这是常用的变频器控制方法,通过模拟量信号来控制变频器,一般控制信号与变频器输出频率是一个比例关系,我们将变频器最大值设置为50.00Hz,那个控制信号0~10v对应的频率就是0~50.00Hz,我们想要输出20.00Hz就应该把模拟量信号调到4v,输出30则调到6v。

那么这个模拟量由什么产生呢,一般有外接电位器(与本机电位器原理一样)和一些DA数字转模拟装置(PLC连接),外接电位器一般是三个端子接口,两边端子接变频器的10v和GND或者外接10V直流电源,中间的就是输出电压信号接AI2端子(注意需要同源)。而DA模块一般和PLC连接通过数字的方式控制,就是说直接给PLC一个30.00Hz的信号,通过DA模块转换成模拟量控制。

4、通讯控制

通讯控制的接线很简单尤其实在多台变频器调速的场合,多采用MODBUS协议或者CAN总线进行通讯(变频器支持的通信),现在一般的变频器都支持MODBUS通讯,将RS485接口接在一起即可,不过在PLC的编程可能麻烦些,MODBUS通信数据格式有ASCII码和RTU模式,不同的变频器支持的模式可能不一样。

至于问题中的人机PLC控制变频器的频率可使用多段速、模拟量、通信都可以,模拟量需要DA扩展模块,通信需要通讯模块(如果不自带)。人机界面(触摸屏)其实也可以直接控制变频器(com口支持),走的也是MODBUS协议。

He ran upstairs.
After dinner, Ezan stayed and helped Haruka with the dishes. Haruka had long black hair too, but kept it back in a bun. She had lovely blue eyes, and was wearing at that time a short blue skirt and a red shirt.
Ezan looked at his sister. She was just looking down at the sink, doing the dishes. She hardly talked or even smiled. She just did her work and after that she would walk through the forest or just sit by the lake. Ezan wondered sometimes why. He had seen pictures of her when she was younger. She seemed so happy, so care free. Yet now she-
"Ezan!" Nina called, interrupting his thoughts. "Your dragon is hungry and I'm not feeding it again."
Ezan sighed and walked outside. Nina was a tall girl with dark brown messy hair that was short. She was wearing a tunic like Ezan's, except it was green (think something like Link's).

The dragon grumbled a bit but then opened it's huge wings and flew off into the night sky.

The dragon turned another flip as it sped through the mountain area.
Ezan was now nineteen. He had grown up a lot. His now wore a dark brown tunic with a grey-blue armor plate on his chest. A short sword was strapped to his back in a black scabbard. (1)模拟量发生变化时。所有变频器频率读一遍后,频率发生变化(模拟量改变时),并且这种频率变化持续两秒钟,置位m1,且触发m1—m2,计算相应的频率,然后开始写频率,写完后,定时100毫秒,然后又开始读频率,读一遍后,触发m2,把值记下来,然后又开始周而复始的读频率。

(2)比例值发生变化时,首先主速修改时,先写第一台变频器频率,写完后,定时100ms,然后读一遍频率,触发m2,后根据第一台读出的实际频率,根据相应的比例值,再触发m1,再写一遍频率,写完后,定时100ms后,再读一遍频率,读完后频率后把值记下来。
