富士變頻器FRN15G11S-4CX說明想設定外部端子頻率控制,最大頻率50HZ,0-10V模擬量顯示頻率,如何設置?

可以考慮增加一個轉換開關,引到變頻器的一個DI端子上,設定為參數=35。

該端子=1時,不管參數如何設置,一律由面板控制啟停及參數調整。

該端子=0時,由F01、F02的參數設定確定頻率和啟停的控制方式。

多步頻率運行是變頻器的一項重要功能。多步頻率運行是指通過一些功能或參數設置,使變頻器按照一定的規律自動變速運行,從而實現工業生產過程的自動化。要實現多步頻率運行,首先應根據生產機械運行要求畫出變頻器運行曲線圖,然後根據運行曲線圖分析、計算應設定的一系列功能參數,最後在相應變頻器上對這些功能參數進行設定[1],使其運行滿足生產機械的要求。

變頻器多步頻率運行的實現方法一般有兩種,這里以富士FRNG11系列變頻器為例,介紹以端子控制實現多速運行的方法。變頻的外界輸入端子中,通過功能預置,可以將若干個(通常為2~4個)輸入端子為多檔(3~16檔)轉速控制端。其轉速的切換由外接開關器件的狀態組合來實現,轉速的檔次是按二進制的順序排列的,故2個輸入端可以組合成3或4檔(「0」狀態不計為3檔,「0」狀態計入時為4檔)轉速,3個輸入端可以組合成7或8檔(「0」狀態不計為7檔,「0」狀態計入時為8檔)轉速,4個輸入端可以組合成15或16檔(「0」狀態不計為15檔,「0」狀態計入時為16檔)轉速[2]。

下面用實例說明變頻器多步頻率運行的過程。如圖1所示,通過設定相應功能和參數實現變頻器的多步頻率運行。要求按步驟寫出應設定的功能和參數及其設定值,並在變頻器上驗證實現。

1.劃分多步頻率

如圖2所示,共分為5個程序步,即多步頻率l~多步頻率5。

2.設定每一程序步功能參數

富士FRNG11系列變頻器最多可以實現16步頻率運行,多步頻率1~多步頻率16分別由參數C30、C05~C19來設定,「C05多步頻率1」到「C19多步頻率15」用來設定每個程序步的運行時間、電動機旋轉方向以及加、減速時間功能。現選擇X1~X7作為外部開關信號的輸入端子,其參數設定如表1。

表1中參數的含義:E01~E04,參數設定分別為0,1,2,3,多步頻率選擇(1~15步)[SS1][SS2][SS3][SS4];E05~E06,參數設定為4,5,加/減速時間選擇(3種)[RT1] [RT2],由外部接點輸入信號選擇E10~E15預設定的加/減速時間,指定2個接點輸入端子相應設定其功能數據為4,5,即可由它們的on/off組合選擇加/減速時間,由圖1計算得到得加/減速時間見表2;E07,參數設定為6,自保持選擇[HLD],採用三線制運行,HLD-CM為on時,FWD和REV信號自保持,off時解除自保持,指定一個接點輸入端子,設定其功能數據為6,此端子即可用作HLD功能端子,完成上述各步驟給變頻器通電,將以上參數確認無誤後,當變頻器外部接點按控制要求閉合時,變頻器即可實現多速運行。

富士變頻器PID設置方法如下:1、控制方式,可選端子控制或面板控制。參數F02(0為面板控制,1為端子控制)根據需要設定。2、上限頻率,設定為電動機額定頻率。參數F15。3、下限頻率,普通電機一般設為15或20。變頻電機可以設為0。參數F16。4、加減速時間,根據電機功率設定。參數F07和F08。5、PID模式,不知道你需要正動作還是反動作。正動作就是你的反饋值越大,變頻輸出頻率就越大。反之為反動

富士變頻器PID設置方法如下:

1、控制方式,可選端子控制或面板控制。參數F02(0為面板控制,1為端子控制)根據需要設定。

2、上限頻率,設定為電動機額定頻率。參數F15。

3、下限頻率,普通電機一般設為15或20。變頻電機可以設為0。參數F16。

4、加減速時間,根據電機功率設定。參數F07和F08。

5、PID模式,不知道你需要正動作還是反動作。正動作就是你的反饋值越大,變頻輸出頻率就越大。反之為反動作。一般為反動作。參數F20=1正動作,參數F20=2反動作。

6、反饋信號選擇,你端子C1輸入,參數F21=3(控制端子C1反動作,20-4mA)

7、目標值(給定值)設定,按F01頻率設定1的設定。如F01=0。目標值由鍵盤面板上下鍵設定,按照你要求的5MP為例,設定值=最高頻率*(設定壓力/變送器量程)=50HZ*(5MP/10MP)=25HZ。用鍵盤面板上下鍵設定頻率為25HZ即可。

8、調試。運行變頻器,觀察實際值和設定值的偏差,調節參數C32(模擬輸入偏置)。觀察PID運行狀況調節,調節H22,H23,H24(P、I、D無經驗最好微調或不調)。

以上是各種調速方法接線和實現方法,下面我們大致說明各種方法的設置:

1、本機調速

本機調速可通過鍵盤數字和本機電位器實現,鍵盤數字就修改P00.10的參數進行,需要將頻率指令選擇為0(鍵盤數字設定),本機電位器是模擬量調速的方法,旋轉鍵盤上的模擬電位器設定,需要將頻率指令選擇為1(模擬量AI1)。

2、多段速調速

這個是最簡單的頻率設定方法屬於有級調速,根據工作需要設定好頻率值,將多功能端子S設置為相應的頻率即可,我們只需要通過接通端子完成,比如設置S3是30Hz,S4是35Hz,S5是40Hz,S3端子通則變頻器以30Hz頻率運行,S5端子通則以40Hz運行。

3、模擬量控制

這是常用的變頻器控制方法,通過模擬量信號來控制變頻器,一般控制信號與變頻器輸出頻率是一個比例關系,我們將變頻器最大值設置為50.00Hz,那個控制信號0~10v對應的頻率就是0~50.00Hz,我們想要輸出20.00Hz就應該把模擬量信號調到4v,輸出30則調到6v。

那麼這個模擬量由什麼產生呢,一般有外接電位器(與本機電位器原理一樣)和一些DA數字轉模擬裝置(PLC連接),外接電位器一般是三個端子介面,兩邊端子接變頻器的10v和GND或者外接10V直流電源,中間的就是輸出電壓信號接AI2端子(注意需要同源)。而DA模塊一般和PLC連接通過數字的方式控制,就是說直接給PLC一個30.00Hz的信號,通過DA模塊轉換成模擬量控制。

4、通訊控制

通訊控制的接線很簡單尤其實在多台變頻器調速的場合,多採用MODBUS協議或者CAN匯流排進行通訊(變頻器支持的通信),現在一般的變頻器都支持MODBUS通訊,將RS485介面接在一起即可,不過在PLC的編程可能麻煩些,MODBUS通信數據格式有ASCII碼和RTU模式,不同的變頻器支持的模式可能不一樣。

至於問題中的人機PLC控制變頻器的頻率可使用多段速、模擬量、通信都可以,模擬量需要DA擴展模塊,通信需要通訊模塊(如果不自帶)。人機界面(觸摸屏)其實也可以直接控制變頻器(com口支持),走的也是MODBUS協議。

He ran upstairs.
After dinner, Ezan stayed and helped Haruka with the dishes. Haruka had long black hair too, but kept it back in a bun. She had lovely blue eyes, and was wearing at that time a short blue skirt and a red shirt.
Ezan looked at his sister. She was just looking down at the sink, doing the dishes. She hardly talked or even smiled. She just did her work and after that she would walk through the forest or just sit by the lake. Ezan wondered sometimes why. He had seen pictures of her when she was younger. She seemed so happy, so care free. Yet now she-
"Ezan!" Nina called, interrupting his thoughts. "Your dragon is hungry and I'm not feeding it again."
Ezan sighed and walked outside. Nina was a tall girl with dark brown messy hair that was short. She was wearing a tunic like Ezan's, except it was green (think something like Link's).
Ezan hopped onto his dragon, who was still a baby but just big enough for a boy his size to ride on.
"C'mon. Let's go to the village Paza."
The dragon grumbled a bit but then opened it's huge wings and flew off into the night sky.

"WHOOOHOOO!" called out the teen, riding on his red-black dragon.
The dragon turned another flip as it sped through the mountain area.
Ezan was now nineteen. He had grown up a lot. His now wore a dark brown tunic with a grey-blue armor plate on his chest. A short sword was strapped to his back in a black scabbard.
